Charles Kepley, Promoter of the 5th Annual John Blewett III North-South Shootout,  received the SPEEDY Award for the Best Individual Promotion from Ms. Motorsports, Tiffany Skias.
 
For her history-making victory at Stafford Motor Speedway in July 2008, Erica Santos was honored with the SPEEDY Award for the Best Individual Performance in an Event.

Other Winners included Team GUN of Tom Pokorny, Dan LaFerriere, Woody Pitkat, and Tim Longton in the 2nd Annual EXPO Pit Crew Challenge and Dan Anderson, who smoked the competition in the Tire Rodeo with a time of 39.134 seconds.
